I have had sixteen years’ experience working in financial management, research and planning in both the public and private sectors. I have been heavily involved in change management, identifying bottlenecks, implementing greater efficiency and reacting to changes in my working environment.
I have used mind mapping as a technique for revision, innovation and planning since university. Throughout my career I have developed these skills into business tools for reviewing processes, project management and innovation within organisations. I use these techniques to help organisations improve their processes and efficiency, resulting in better performance.
